Baptism is absolutely necessary, read 1st peter 3:17-22. No argument around that one. Clearly says doesn't wash away dirt, add that to acts 2:38 or acts 22:16 or John Ch. 3 No way around it, baptism is essential for removal of sins and salvation. Yes, Jesus will reign for 1000 Years on earth, it is Truth. Baptism is must and related with Salvation, it is absolutely a Biblical Truth. Baptism of the Holy Spirit is the Father's promise to each and every individual Children of God, it is Biblical Truth.
