1. Was I guilty of sin?
Did I
need to repent of my sins?
(Acts 2:37,38)
2. Is Jesus the only savior?
(Acts 4:12)
3. Did I believe that the blood of Jesus is the only thing that
could save me from my sin?
(I John 1:7)
4. Was I willing to confess that Jesus is the Son of God, my
savior and Lord?
(Luke 12:8,9)
5. Is it necessary to have the Holy Spirit living in me?
(Romans
8:11; I Peter 3:18)
6. Did I receive the Holy Spirit at Baptism? This is not the gifts
of the Holy Spirit. This is the Holy Spirit Himself living in me.
(Acts 2:38)
7. Is Baptism burial, immersion, being completely covered in water?
(Acts 8:36-38; Colossians 2:12)
8. Were all my sins washed away in the act of baptism?
(Acts 22:16)
9. Did baptism put me into Christ?
(Romans 6:3-6; Galatians 3:27)
10. Was the act of baptism the point where I was saved?
(I Peter 3:21,22)
11. Did I get forgiveness of sins at Baptism?
(Acts 2:38)
12. Will I be lost if I am not baptized?
(Mark 16:15,16)
